Service area

Window & solar cleaning across the Antelope Valley.

High desert – Palmdale, Lancaster, and Quartz Hill. Different climate, different rules, and the strongest case for solar cleaning anywhere we work.

Working in the Antelope Valley

What conditions are like here.

The Antelope Valley is genuinely a different climate from the rest of our service area, not just a further drive. At roughly 2,700 feet it sits in high desert: intense UV, wide daily temperature swings, very little rainfall, and near-constant wind moving fine alkaline dust across everything.

For solar owners that combination is unusually punishing. The sun exposure is the best in Los Angeles County – which is exactly why so many AV homes have arrays – but the same open sky comes with a dust load that no other part of our territory matches. Panels here lose measurable output faster than anywhere else we service, and a rinse accomplishes very little because the dust is mineral-rich and clings.

Water hardness compounds it. AV groundwater is hard even by Southern California standards, so anything cleaned with tap water and left to dry spots almost immediately. This is the area where using deionized water stops being a nicety and starts being the only method that works.

Local conditions

High desert dust
Constant wind moves fine alkaline dust that clings rather than sitting loose.
Extreme UV exposure
Best solar production in the county – and the fastest soiling losses.
Very hard water
Tap water dries to visible spots almost immediately; deionized water is essential here.

We couldn't be happier with our permanent Christmas lights! From the initial installation to the finished product, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was fast, reliable, professional, and demonstrated an incredible work ethic throughout the project. One of the things we love most is that the lights are practically invisible from the street during the day, yet absolutely beautiful when illuminated at night.

I recently called Aurix Luxury Services to clean my solar panels after the rain and I'm honestly impressed. The before and after difference was huge, they went from dusty and dull to looking brand new. You can actually see the shine and reflection again. They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and did a really solid job. Definitely recommend them if your panels need a good cleaning!

Solar Panel Cleaning

I hired Aurix Luxury to install some permanent holiday lights on my house and it is one of the best things I have ever done to the house. No more climbing a ladder, and I can celebrate all the holidays by a touch on my phone. A few weeks later I noticed a couple of lights had detached from the eave of the roof. I called them and within days they were reattached and reinforced.

FAQ

Common questions.

Four valleys across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Santa Clarita Valley: Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, and Castaic. San Fernando Valley: Porter Ranch, Northridge, Granada Hills, Chatsworth, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Studio City, Valley Village, and North Hollywood. Conejo Valley: Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Simi Valley, and Moorpark. Antelope Valley: Palmdale, Lancaster, and Quartz Hill. If you are nearby and do not see your city listed, just ask – we will confirm the same day.

Yes – Palmdale, Lancaster, and Quartz Hill are all on our list. They sit further out than our core service area, so we group Antelope Valley jobs into the same trip rather than driving up for one at a time. Give us a little more notice than you would for a Santa Clarita job and call us for the soonest realistic date. The same applies to the Conejo Valley.

Yes. Aurix is fully licensed and insured, and every technician is trained on the surfaces they work on. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before we start if your HOA or property manager requires one.

If you find streaks on the glass we cleaned, call us and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. No forms, no argument. It is the reason we can say "streak-free or we come back free" and mean it.

Members on our Monthly and Quarterly maintenance plans get a 3-day rain guarantee – if measurable rain hits within three days of your service and spots your glass, we return and touch it up free. Rain alone typically does not undo a proper cleaning, because our Aurix Clear™ finish helps water bead and roll off rather than spot.
