The San Fernando Valley is a different maintenance picture from Santa Clarita, and the difference is mostly vegetation. Where our home valley is dry and open, much of the west and south Valley sits under a mature tree canopy planted decades ago. That canopy is wonderful to live under and hard on gutters, roofs, and solar arrays.
Tree cover means gutters fill reliably and heavily every season, and it means panels collect leaf litter and sap alongside ordinary dust. Sap in particular does not rinse off – it needs physical removal with a soft brush, and left through a summer it bakes into a film that shades cells outright.
The Valley also runs hot. Summer highs in Woodland Hills and Canoga Park regularly top anything Santa Clarita sees, which bakes mineral deposits onto glass faster and makes the timing of a cleaning matter more than homeowners expect.

Give us a little more notice than you would for a Santa Clarita job and call us for the soonest realistic date. The same applies to the Conejo Valley.
